Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged due to misuse or show signs of use may not qualify for a return.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that customized or personalized products may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
